TODAY THERE WAS snow and temperatures in the 20s in our hometown of Washington, DC. In near Nice (our temporary 'hometown') it was sunny with temperatures in the 60s. I gotta tell you, I kind of miss the snow. There is nothing like the first snow of the year in Washington!

Hey you guys -- has been forever since I have had a chance to read "the blog" --- it is totally awesome and can't wait until I get myself over to France and surrounds. Have been running around here -- spent 4 days in Hawaii - of course I was there during one of their worst storms -- winds of 60 -70 mph and RAIN, RAIN and RAIN --- AEA friends send Jonathan a big hello -- all are jealous of your French abode....to all the little Scrivens....hope you 3 are having a blast and are keeping your mom and dad on their toes.
