It Took 9 Months...

IT ONLY TOOK us 9 months to realize that Picard (a French grocery chain that sells only frozen foods) sells frozen bagels. Tonight's dinner menu: bagels with cream cheese. Lots and lots of bagels with cream cheese. And, of course, a nice cup of coffee.

How could you go 9 months without a bagel? Glad you found them.

Ooh, you found cream cheese. I heard that cream cheese is hard to find in France. Any lox to go with your bagels and cream cheese?

We love Picard! The stuff is good, the prices aren't cheap but are reasonable, and you can make great meals so easily with that stuff. Feel free to visit the Mougins Picard anytime and call us in advance so we can meet up again and pretend it's an accident.
Regards,
Dave

Okay, I've lived here 4 years and didn't know that...
What's a Picard?
(They don't have them around here, but, if I ever see one again....)

Picard is great. It's a grocery food chain that only sells frozen foods. Everything is frozen!
